This is a 3 day fully guided 1:1 hunt. This hunt will take place on private land in south central New Mexico. This hunt is for one Merriam turkey tom. This hunt requires an over-the-counter tag. Non-resident tags are around $100. This hunt price is for GUIDED only. This hunt will include 3 days of expert guide service and field transportation. Option to have outfitter meals and lodging provided for an additional charge. Option for a non-hunter observer.

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Hunter will be responsible to provide their own meals for this hunt. There are restaurants in the area. Meals may be provided for the hunt if option is selected.

Some light hiking will be required for this hunt. Hunter will either spot and stalk their birds or use blinds and decoys.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Final destination city is either Albuquerque, NM or Las Cruses, NM. Best airport to fly into is Albuquerque. Depending on the unit drawn, hunter can expect a 2-4 hour drive to camp. If flying, hunter must rent a car to get to camp.

This is a spring hunt in south central New Mexico. Early mornings and evenings may be cooler, but generally the weather is nice. Outfitter will provide expert guide service, access to private land, and all field transportation. Field transportation will be either truck or side x side. Meals and lodging can be outfitter provided if option is selected. Full gear list to be provided when booked.
