Description
CURRENTLY CLOSED - CARIBOU: Our Caribou hunts are usually in combination with moose or goat and are 14 days long. With a smaller herd of caribou, we take a limited number of hunters to ensure we consistently take good mature bulls. CURRENTLY CLOSED ELK: We have a large population of elk and with a 6 point only regulation, we are able to provide an exciting hunt for mature bulls. We offer a true wilderness horseback hunt as well as a comfortable lodge hunt that is suitable for everyone. Moose: Being that the top of the area is 25 miles from the Yukon border, these bulls have big genetics. Because we are still in BC, these bulls are classified as Canadian moose and are truly impressive animals. Moose hunting takes place in August, September and early October. Spot and stalk, along with calling are both utilized for finding and harvesting trophy Moose. Moose hunts are part of either the Single Species Hunts or Combination Packages, which include Mountain Goat, Mountain Caribou, Elk, Black Bear and Wolf. Most hunts involve horseback at some level, and we are offering a Boat hunt as well. MOUNTAIN GOAT: There is an abundance of mountain goats in the area. An average goat is usually between 8-9.5″ with goats over 10 inches harvested every year. We only take billys and have had great success with rifle and bow. Due to our far north location, the goat’s winter hair comes in relatively early, providing a beautiful full-body mount.

If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance.
