Description
An incredible 1:1 hunt for large trophy class Alberta bighorn sheep. This is a horseback hunt deep in the Rockies of Alberta. Hunter will stay in a wall tent and hunt from there. This is a 14 day hunt plus 2 days for pack in and out. Opportunity to add a trophy bull elk hunt with 7 additional hunting days. This is a true traditional western sheep hunt. Come and hunt what Alberta is known for-big rocky mountain bighorn sheep!

.270 Caliber or bigger. Hunter will shoot prone. Shots taken are 250-450 yards.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description
A 1:1 14 day hunt in the wilderness of Alberta. Hunter will hunt from a wall tent in the wilderness and hunt daily from there. This a horseback hunt with some moderate hiking. Wall tent basecamp will included a wood burning stove and a generator. Fresh food will be cooked for each meal. A traditional Alberta spot and stalk bighorn sheep hunt. Hunter has option to add a trophy backcountry bull elk hunt with an additional 7 days of hunting.

Hunter should be prepared to ride horses for 2-3 miles a day and pursue their bighorn spot and stalk by hiking.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Hunter will fly into their final destination city of either Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. Hunter will be responsible for a hotel the night before and after hunt in final destination city. Outfitter will pick up hunter from their hotel the day after their arrival for the hunt.

Description
Outfitter will provide wall tent and food. Hunter must be prepared to ride horses up to 4-5 miles a day and also hike in steep rocky country as they spot and stalk their ram. This hunt takes place in September and October and weather may be variable. Hunter should be prepared for warm to cold weather. Layering systems recommended.
