                                                Refund Policy:

                                                Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

                                                A great opportunity to hunt the buck of a lifetime. This is 3 day 2 night 1:1 hunt for trophy exotic animals on 7000 private high fence acres. Options to add more days of hunting and to select the specie(s) of animals you would like to hunt. This is the daily rate ONLY, you must select the species you would like to hunt. Option to add several exotics to your hunt. Stay in a beautiful lodge with access to a swimming pool and WIFI. Hunt will take place over water with a blind or stand. This ranch has an array of exotic and whitetail offerings for both rifle and bowhunters. From aoudad to eland to wildebeest and more, they offer guests an immensely wide range of animals to hunt across the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

                                                The chef will serve wholesome meals with creative dining features meals of which you would find at home. Some of the featured meals include steak, brisket, smoked bbq ribs and fajitas to write home for. Combine that with the best mashed potatoes and fixings, you are to leave the table satisfied. After you enjoy your meal, save some room for dessert, as our cooks will make sure to tempt your taste buds with an array of chocolates and ice cream.

                                                Hunter will do some light hiking for this hunt. Most hunts will be conducted from a blind or stand over water. All field vehicles are provided with ranch trucks and Side x Sides.

                                                Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

                                                If flying, final destination city is San Antonio or Austin, Texas. Hunter will be picked up and transported to and from the lodge. Hunter may also choose to drive. Ranch is located near Hunt, Texas.
