This area of Alberta has a thriving bear population with good numbers of color phase bears. Fall hunts are spot and stalk style when bear are out in the oat fields providing you 100% shot opportunity on good bears. This area has a 2 bear limit, so you can choose to take a second bear for an additional fee. Your guided hunt includes comfortable cabin accommodations and home cooked meals. Hunt option may include hunting from heated wall tent with cots. Options for a spring or fall hunt. Fishing for pike and walleye. Hunt in the stands in the evenings. Will provide all fishing equipment.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description

This area has a 2 bear limit, so you can chose to take a second bear for an additional fee. All meals and lodging will be included in this hunt. Licenses and 5% GST sales tax are not included. This is a 6 day hunt with options for a non-hunter companion. Hunting is done in the spring from baited sites or in the fall, spot and stalk style when the bear are in the oat fields. The fall hunts are very rewarding and exciting and a must for anyone who enjoys stalking big bear. Bear hunts are conducted from a comfortable camp with all the comforts of home and great meals or we may also choose to hunt from heated wall tents with cots. Whatever the case we will work hard to ensure your success and you will have a great time!

Description
This hunt can be arranged for either spring or fall. Spring hunts are baited hunts and fall are spot and stalk. Hunter should be prepared for moderate weather-cold weather in both seasons is possible. Be prepared to dress to sit in a blind during the spring and to be hiking during the fall. Full gear list to be provided when booked.
