Description
A great opportunity to hunt Becite Ibex in Spain! This is a 3 day/3 night fully guided hunt. The outfitter will provide meals and lodging in a nice local hotel. Each hunter will have 2-3 guides. This hunt price is for a small management ibex with an Option to upgrade to trophy quality animals for an additional cost. Only three permits are available for a management hunt. Hunters need to be able to hike in the mountains. Field transportation is with a Toyota 4x4. See the Options for a non-hunter, Becite Ibex size/age upgrade, and to add additional species depending on the time of year booked. Option to add a sightseeing city tour for the beginning or end of your trip. There are 4 Species of Spanish Ibex; the becite is the "best value" and most commonly hunted of the 4. Spanish Ibex are generally less difficult to hunt than the Ibex of Central Asia. The price of the Ibex increases a lot with the size of the animal. These animals are free range and the outfitter's areas are very well managed for size and age of animals.

The hunt price listed is for a management Becite Ibex measuring up to 59" SCI. These animals will be a maximum age of 6 years old. See the Options to upgrade to larger Ibex Categories. Most hunters will hunt for a Silver Ibex. It is a good value and also on average 10+ years old.
Archery hunters should be prepared to shoot up to 60 yards.
Rifle hunters should be prepared to shoot up to 300 yards.

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Options for a non-hunter, trophy animals, and to add additional species depending on the time of year booked. Option to add a sightseeing city tour for the beginning or end of your trip.

All meals will be included in this hunt. Hot breakfast will be served at the hotel, lunch is provided as a picnic in the field and dinner will be served at the hotel after a long day of hunting.

For this hunt, the hunter will need to be prepared for moderate hiking. Field transportation will be provided by truck. An average day may require up to 6 hours of hiking in some rocky and steep terrain. Outfitter can accommodate for any physical ability and time of year booked will determine hunter's physical capabilities. Hunter must be very honest about their physical ability in order to book for best time of year.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Final Destination city when flying is Madrid, Spain. Outfitter will pick up hunter at the airport and assist with importation of firearms and ammunition. The camp is approximately 3.5 hour East drive from Madrid.

Description
This hunt can be customized and tailored based on what kind of hunting experience the hunter would like to have. Terrain is rocky and can be steep, so hunter should be prepared with durable hiking boots and a good layering system for all weather conditions. All field transportation, meals and lodging will be provided for this hunt. Hunter may also choose to use rifles owned by the outfit if they do not want to transport their own. Transporting rifles to Spain is very easy, and outfitter will send links and communicate as to how to bring firearms. Full gear list to be provided when booked.
