Description
An incredible hunt for those who drew their Idaho sheep tag or purchased a governor's license for the state. This a very remote, backcountry horseback hunt for the indigenous bighorn of the Frank Church in Idaho. This outfitter has guided over 65 rams and knows where to find them! This hunt is not for the faint of heart. Hunter will spend up to 8 hours in the saddle to get to base camp. Spike camp will also be set up with backpacking tents once rams are located to give clients a shot opportunity. This hunt will be both mentally and physically draining, but this is what sheep hunting is all about! Sheep hunts don't get more traditional than this! Option to add days of pre-scouting and/or to bring a non-hunter.
