Hunters will have an opportunity to hunt a Texas private ranch known for producing excellent Barbary Sheep rams. This fair-chase, guided hunt takes place on rolling grassland and rocky hillsides in West Texas. Hunter will cover a lot of ground in a 4-wheel drive truck to locate great rams. Hunter will spend time glassing flats and hillsides for trophy animals. Hunters can count on seeing multiple 33" rams on this exciting trip. This is a 4 day fully guided 1:1 hunt.

If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description
Barbary sheep are truly an amazing animal, primarily living in rocky, cactus flats their diet consists of 90% cactus and yucca. This enables the sheep to go longer than other animals without visiting waterholes. This makes them very interesting to hunt and makes for a lot of time spent behind a good set of optics. These animals create a very special and unique hunt. Hunters will have an opportunity to hunt a Texas private ranch known for producing excellent Barbary Sheep rams. This fair-chase, guided hunt takes place on rolling grassland and rocky hillsides in West Texas. Hunter will cover a lot of ground in a 4-wheel drive truck to locate great rams. Hunter will spend time glassing flats and hillsides for trophy animals. Hunters can count on seeing multiple 33" rams on this exciting trip. This is a 4 day fully guided 1:1 hunt. All meals and lodging are provided on this hunt. If flying, Hunter will fly into Midland, Texas and will be required to rent a car to get to camp.

Hunters should expect some heavy hiking for this hunt in some steep and rocky terrain. Hunters should be prepared to hike 2-5 miles per day. Hunts are spot and stalk style.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Final flight destination is Midland, Texas. Hunter will be responsible to rent a car and get to the ranch. All field transportation will be provided.
