Description
A hunt of a lifetime to harvest an amazing Canadian Bull Moose. With our experienced guides and large wilderness hunting areas, we provide our hunters with excellent opportunities to be successful. Our Saskatchewan moose territory is unique in that it is NOT a fly-in camp, we get there over land and water – but the hunting pressure is highly restricted by a draw system for resident hunters. The two most important factors in any moose hunt are, the numbers and age structure of the moose population (largely determined by hunting pressure), and the quality and experience of your guide. We have a genuine wilderness area (no roads or cut lines), and excellent moose hunting guides. An 8 day 1:1 guided canoe hunt that you will never forget.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

We offer canoe hunts (floating a river) and some camp-based hunts where we use ATV’s and/or boats to get around.

Our base camp is an old school trappers camp, 10 miles past the end of the road. We get there by way of 4WD, ATV and/or boat. Camp is along a small river that is very tough to access. We have a second camp a further 10 mile downstream, and also use tent camps, as required. Strategically located rapids both upstream and downstream of our hunting area keep virtually all hunters out of our area. These are very active hunts so the better shape you are in, the more you will get out of it

Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
While the Base Camp is not road-accessible, most hunters drive to the ‘staging’ area, where you meet, and outfitter provides transport (by 4WD, ATV, and boat), for the last 10 miles, into Base Camp.

Description
This hunt is conducted during a warmer season in the area so more moderate weather clothing is recommended. A lot of time on or near the river, so waterproof clothing and a good layering system will make you enjoy your trip that much more. Full gear list to be provided at time of booking.
