Description
Experience the ultimate guided elk hunt in southwest Colorado, where you will experience a excellent hunt. This hunt will be conducted on around 2400 acres of private land, and public forest service ground. You will use all hunting strategies to get on these elk, which make this hunt very rewarding when you harvest your Colorado Elk. In Southwestern Colorado there is a fair number of resident elk, but you will also see some migration of new elk into the area with weather in the high country. This isn’t your tradition high country elk hunting and just about anyone with any physical capabilities can do this hunt. This hunt will be a 2x1 5 day hunt. Lodging and food are included with cabins and lodges available in many different places for all seasons.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

This unit is located in the southwest corner of Colorado. Early season archery hunts can be warm, later season hunts snow can be present. Good layering system and durable hiking boots are a must. Outfitter provides access to 50,000 acres of prime Elk habitat. Full gear list provided if requested when booked.
