These lands are strictly managed for mature bucks and fines are in place for deer not meeting the 140” minimum. Refund Policy:

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Description

Hunters will hunt food plots, travel zones and the edges of known bedding areas from pre-hung stands and blinds. A cozy lodge with full amenities and meals will be your base. Rolling hills with hardwoods and great habitat holds large numbers of deer and many mature bucks. These properties have been intensely managed, the outfitters is trying to mange for 5 year old bucks and has a 140” P and Y minimum in place. There is a $1000 fine for bucks falling short of this criteria. Exceptions will be made on mature 8 points or old bruiser bucks not meeting the mark.

Hunters will stay at one of 2 farmhouse style lodges or brand new barndominium style lodge. These lodges have all the amenities of home, private bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen and lounge area to relax after a long day of hunting. Lodges are situated in the country you’ll be hunting.

Food is home cooked by pros and will keep you fat and happy through the week. Meals are traditional Americana style with plenty to go around! Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Your guide will drop you near your stand or blind location. Walking will be required in most cases to access stands in a stealthy manner. Terrain is rolling but not steep and walks will be no more than a few hundred yards.


Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

Guides will drive you in pickup trucks or ATV/UTV to your drop off point from the lodge. Transportation to and from camp from your home or from the airport in St. Louis, MO is the responsibility of the hunter.

Typical whitetail gear is needed. Optics, rangefinder, safety harness, clothes for several weather conditions including rain. Layer clothing for best comfort. Easy hanger for your bow, small pack for junk you never use in the stand.
