Description

There are very few places to hunt the elusive lynx, but this outfitter provides a high density area in British Columbia, Canada to get this trophy animal. This is a 5 day hunt for one hunter. Outfitter will run hounds. Hunter can take lynx with rifle, bow, or muzzleloader.

      Refund Policy:

      Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

      Description

      A typical day consists of spending early mornings searching for fresh tracks under the LED lights of hound riggs and snowmobiles. Once a fresh track is located, the excitement only builds as you release the hounds and follow by GPS into the woods to discover what is in the tree. There are very few places to hunt the elusive lynx, but this area provides trophy cats at higher densities than anywhere else. This is a 5 day hunt for one hunter. Options to add a bobcat hunt, or a non-hunter.

      Hunter will be expected to trail dogs and more physically fit will provide more opportunity. Moderate to heavy hiking in steep mountainous and snowy terrain.

      Description

      Hunter should be prepared for winter conditions. Insulated boots and layering system are recommended. Waterproof, comfortable and durable hiking boots are a must. Hunter should expect to trail hounds in pursuit of big Lynx.
