Description
A traditional Yukon Moose hunt in Alaska for 10 days in some tough country. This is a 1:1 fully guided hunt. This area holds large bulls and will take place during the rut. Hunter should expect to hike 2-3 miles a day in pursuit of trophy animals. Options to add multiple iconic Alaskan species to this hunt. This hunt is preformed only on foot. So get ready to hike and find some trophy bulls!

Largest moose taken by outfitter in this area was 69 3/4". Largest moose in 2019: was 62" B&C. 1 Spot available for 2021. Sept. 10-20th.
Outfitter suggests a minimum rifle caliber of .300
Archery hunters should use a 500 grain broadhead.
Average rifle shots are 100 yards.
Average archery shots are 5-25 yards.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

So get ready to hike and find some trophy bulls! Hunter will stay in a nice 10' x 10' tent with a cot and a buddy heater to stay warm. Hunter will hunt daily from camp. This is a spot and stalk hunt during the rut so outfitter will call and try to bring in big bulls.

This can be a very physically demanding hunt. Hunter should be prepared to hike 2-3 miles a day in some very wet and marshy areas.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Hunter can fly into either Anchorage or Cordova, Alaska. Outfitter covers cost of bush plane to hunting camp once hunter arrives in Anchorage or Cordova.

Description
This will be a 10 day hunt in the backcountry for trophy moose. Hunter will stay in large tents with a buddy heater and a cot for comfort. Rain gear and waterproof hunting gear is a must. Comfortable hiking boots are needed as this is a spot and stalk hunt in some wet areas. Outfitter will provided cot and tent. Full gear list will be provided when booked by the outfitter.
