Description
Hunt the famous Nebraska Sandhills on this 4 day Muledeer hunt. This area is known for its high density of muledeer and success rates are in the high 90% range. Hunters will access ranches by pickup and UTV and glass known bedding areas and food sources looking for mature bucks. A newer lodge and home cooked meals make this a cozy hunt with high success on trophy bucks!

Bucks taken average 165-175 and larger bucks are taken on a regular basis. A Whitetail buck may be taken if the hunter sees one he would like to take in lieu of a muledeer.

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.
Description
Hunters will hunt the Nebraska's Sandhills on this fully guided hunt, guides are local and know this country well. Heated, covered UTV's and Pickup trucks will be used to access the country and spot and stalk will the be the main method of hunting. Agriculture within the Sandhills are a good draw for feed and known areas will be utilized and targeted. Some blinds will be used in situations where waiting for deer to arrive is required. A newer lodge complete with clean, private bedrooms, bathrooms and a full service kitchen will keep you warm and cozy, Home cooked meals and snacks/drinks are provided as well. This is a first class hunt with over 90% success rate.

Full meals will be prepared in house daily and home cooked meals are sure to keep you full and Happy! Snacks and drinks are provided in the field and in some situations hunters will eat sandwiches and a cooler style lunch in the field.

Access to hunting areas will be in covered, heated UTV and pickups, once at your destination, hiking will be required in some cases to gain elevation for glassing to find deer. Hiking is light and terrain is moderate. Be prepared to do some walking and hill climbing to find your buck.
Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Hunters are responsible for transportation to and from camp. Hunter who fly will choose Omaha or Grand Island, NE and rent a car. Hunters who choose to drive from home are welcome and directions to camp will be provided upon booking. There are closer runways for folks planning to fly private aviation.

Description
Typical muledeer hunting attire is recommended. November can be cold, layering in the mornings and shedding clothing as the days warm up is the best bet and good warm footwear suitable for hiking is also recommended. A light set of rain gear, gloves, stocking cap, neck gaiter, and clothes suitable for cold, November temperatures are recommended. A gear list will be provided upon booking.
